"In deze opname van nummers 2, 1 en 5 weten ze die typische esprit van Wolfgang goed over te brengen. Vooral de snelle delen, en het volledige Divertimento, klinken dankzij luchtige versieringen in Sarah Bayens vioolspel en een prominente, heldere pianopartij 'kwinkslagerig'. Maar het is geen holle frivoliteit. Daarvoor is het fundament te sterk. Cellist Mikko Pablo kruipt overtuigd in de ondersteunende rol, terwijl pianist Markiyan Popil doorheen deze drie werken verschillende functies krijgt: protagonist én begeleider. Hij is in allebei even bedreven. Dit doet alvast uitkijken naar deel twee."
